Welcome to Hera Club! By purchasing a membership, attending events, or participating in our online community, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

1.1 Eligibility
 Hera Club is a community for anyone who identifies as a woman aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement and comply with all local laws.

1.2 Membership Types
 We offer monthly and annual memberships. Your access to events, group chats, calls, and other resources will be based on the tier you select.

1.3 Access and Participation
 Membership grants access to in-person events, virtual calls, private group chats, and exclusive resources. Hera Club reserves the right to modify the schedule, offerings, or structure at any time.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

2.1 Cancellation by Member

  • Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle via your account settings.

  • Annual memberships can be cancelled, but no partial refunds will be issued. Access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

2.2 Refunds
 Due to the nature of our digital and community-based offerings, we do not offer refunds unless required by law.

2.3 Termination by Hera Club
 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, without refund, if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful, disruptive, discriminatory, or violates the safety of our members.

3. CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all members—online and offline.

3.1 Group Chats & Calls
 By participating in group chats or virtual calls, you agree to:

  • Respect other members' opinions, identities, and privacy.

  • Avoid hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or abusive language.

  • Not share screenshots, recordings, or any private content outside the community.

  • Follow call guidelines and be mindful of others' speaking time.

3.2 Events
 During Hera Club events (virtual or in-person), you agree to:

  • Treat all attendees and hosts with kindness, respect, and inclusivity.

  • Avoid disruptive behavior, intoxication, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.

  • Refrain from promoting your business or services unless explicitly permitted.

3.3 Zero Tolerance Policy
 Any act of:

  • Harassment

  • Hate speech

  • Discrimination (including but not limited to race, gender, sexuality, disability, age, religion)
    will result in immediate and permanent termination of your membership without refund.

4. PRIVACY POLICY (GDPR COMPLIANT)

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content shared within Hera Club (courses, events, calls, branding, etc.) is the intellectual property of Hera Club and may not be duplicated, republished, or shared without permission.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of major changes. Continued participation in Hera Club after changes indicates acceptance.
